If we step back by a decade and see around, people used to travel for luxury. They used to travel to discover new places and gain experiences. These days travel has become more of a fad. Flooding the social media with the pictures of excursions and exotic destinations has become a trend. This has led to a boom in travel industry as well.People either outsource the trip to an agent who plans the trips for them or they plan and execute the complete trip on their own. My experiences are based on the latter one.
People travel for different reasons - leisure, work or family.
